Evolink announces an agreement with a new strategic investor in the company

The new majority stake owner of Evolink is the Italian company DHH. DHH focuses on providing cloud services in Southeast Europe. The company owns companies in Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Switzerland and Serbia. With the investment in Evolink DHH enters the Bulgarian market.

The company does not intend to integrate Evolink into its structure but plans to keep it as an independent company within the group, with its own management team, brands, people, and operations. Bisser Tzonev and Svetoslav Hristov will continue to be executive directors of Evolink and shareholders in the company.

Evolink believes that with DHH's experience and resources, the company will be able to further develop its potential and become a regional technology leader. Evolink customers and partners will continue to receive the same high quality services, while the team and sales policy will remain the unchanged.

"We will still try to work with each of our customers, not just to meet their needs, but to pleasantly surprise them by exceeding their expectations," said the company's executive director - Bisser Tsonev.
